Welcome to The National Institute for Driver Behavior Foundation

The National Institute for Driver Behavior (NIDB) is dedicated to the premise that education is an essential component in the formula for crash reduction. There is a need to have clearly defined criteria for driver behavior for all drivers so that they can, over a period of time, acquire and internalize a style of low-risk driving.

To get started with a lesson, register for an account and sign in.

If you are part of a group, you should have already received an email with instructions on how to sign in.

To compensate for the driver's ever present risk we have defined standards for driver behavior so that one can, over a period of time, acquire and internalize them into low-risk driving habits.
With the empowerment of such habits, proactive decisions can be made to minimize one's risk exposure and to reduce driver stress.
